Report Card Instructions

Report Card dates will be provided by Continuing Education.  They are usually available one week after the end of the entire school session.

Below are instructions for both YCDSB and Non-YCDSB students. Please refer to the student instructions that apply to you:

For YCDSB Students:

If you are a Secondary student with YCDSB, you must access the Student Portal via the Student tab on your home school’s website to view your report card.

Using the correct link, log in with your YCDSBK12 email address and password credentials.

NOTE:

  • All grade 12 marks will be uploaded into OUAC and OCAS as per the Ministry’s required deadlines.  No exceptions will be made.
  • If you have received an email indicating that your “your grade has not been received,” you are advised to submit your report card to OUAC or OCAS as directed.
  • If you are having difficulties, please submit a ticket via help.ycdsb.ca/vle.

For NON-YCDSB Students:

You will be able to access your report card online on August 9, 2024. Please visit the Continuing Education Student Portal to access your end-of-session report card. Select your appropriate school; ConEd Elearn Summer School (CELSU) for asynchronous eLearn classes, ConED Summer School (CESU) for synchronous Remote and In-Person classes or ConED Night School.

Using the correct link, log in with your YCDSBK12 email address and password credentials.

NOTE:

  • All grade 12 marks will be uploaded to OUAC and OCAS as per the Ministry’s required deadlines.  No exceptions will be made.
  • Non-YCDSB (Day School) Grade 12 Students will need to manually add “YCDSB Summer School“, “YCDSB Night School” or “YCDSB Elearn” to the Academic Background section of your University and College applications. Please complete this soon after registration to avoid unnecessary delays and application issues.
  • YCDSBK12 Google Suite accounts are temporary for the school term. Report cards are only available online one month after the release of report cards.  Please download a copy for your reference.
  • If you are having difficulties, please submit a ticket via help.ycdsb.ca/vle.
