During the regular school year, YCDSB transcripts are not available through Continuing Education.
Transcripts can only be obtained through Continuing Education between July 10 and August 21.
Outside of this period, students should contact the Guidance Department at the school from which they graduated. Additional information can also be found on the school’s website under the Students menu, in the Transcripts section.
July 10th to August 21st 2026 Summer Transcript Process
- Please fill out the “Summer Transcript Request Form”
- Transcripts will be ready for pickup 2 business days after completing the online request form.
- Please present photo ID upon picking up your transcript.
- Transcripts are not processed on the same day of request.
- All transcripts must be picked up no later than August 21st at 2:00pm.
Cost
- $25 CASH in-person for the first copy
- $5 CASH in-person for each additional copy
