Grades: JK, SK, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
The International Languages program is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Education and is intended for students who wish to learn a new language, preserve their own language or enhance their intercultural awareness. During the 2024-25 school year, there will be a consumable fee of $30 for in-person classes.
Decisions to run courses are based on sufficient student enrolment and instructor availability. A student cannot take the same language twice.
Attention Cantonese and Mandarin Students:
Cantonese and Mandarin series textbooks may be required for your class.
The cost of the textbook is $18.95.
Please make payment by cheque to your class instructor, payable to YCDSB.
