A student’s OEN number is required when registering your child(ren). The OEN is a student identification number that is assigned by the Ministry of Education to elementary and secondary students across the province. The number, which is unique to every student, is used as the key identifier on a student’s school records, and will follow the student through his or her elementary and secondary education.
You will find the 9-digit student OEN number printed on the report card. Have your student’s OEN (Ontario Education Number) and Credit card information ready to enter.
Non-YCDSB students will be required to upload a copy of their Birth Certificate or Report Card in a PDF format if registering for either the International Languages or Skills Development program.
If your OEN begins with a ‘0’ please enter your Username and Password omitting the ‘0’. If you are still experiencing difficulties, contact YCDSB at 1-888-767-4778 option # 3.-item]
