Based on the work from University of California’s Research centre, this program introduces the ways to practice mindfulness, and apply it in daily life. An excellent resource to build resilience and equanimity in current stressful times, it brings mindfulness to daily activities such as eating, walking, listening, as well as, to dicult thoughts, emotions and physical pain, using evidence based research. The program is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced practitioners who wish to revitalize their practice.
