Improving personal resilience is essential for successfully facing the increased demands and challenges of life that we face today. This course aims to provide tools for building resilience using the fundamentals of mindfulness. The effectiveness of mindfulness in improving all areas of personal resilience (physical, emotional, and cognitive) is scientifically validated in modern neurobiological research. The course offers a multi-functional life skill set and consists of 8, two-hour weekly interactive online classes and 2-3 hours per week of reading and assignments.
