No matter what your age is,  it is important to know what to do in case of an emergency.

Courses are delivered in easy-to-follow steps, by qualified EMS instructors from Heaven Can Wait Emergency First Aid Training, using practical hands-on components and a variety of training materials.

Who Should take a course?

These courses are open to all High School students ages 16 and older who want to feel prepared in case of an emergency situation at work, home or play.

All courses offer training suitable for workplace or general interest.
Includes the latest CPR guidelines, Certification card and  Free First-Aid/CPR book for each student to keep.

Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.  Cost: $138
Re-Certification: You are eligible for this one-day re-certification course if you still hold a valid Standard First Aid/CPR certification Cost: $100
CPR/AED Level C Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen.  Training includes the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).  Cost: $75

 

Decisions to run courses are based on sufficient student enrolment and teacher availability. YCDSB students will have first priority to programs.
