This course is about accessing your inner resources to respond creatively to life’s challenges, to reduce stress and gain clarity, and to function more effectively, by learning to experience life fully as it unfolds – moment by moment.
Based on the work of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), this program will cover key topics of mindfulness meditation and will teach the practice in a gentle and supportive way to encourage its integration in daily life.
